Sweet Gold MOINK Balls

Posted on | June 23, 2009 | 1 Comment

I made pork burgers with “Big Z’s Sweet Gold” tonight and reviewed the sauce on The BBQ Grail.  I figured with it being a mustard based sauce I should give it a shot on some MOINK Balls.  What a fantastic flavor.  The mustard and sweetness tasted great with the salty bacon.

  • All About MOINK

You can find the complete history of MOINK Balls in the post "For The Love of MOINK." In a nutshell MOINK Balls are an easy appetizer created for a special wedding I was catering. Originally "OFFICIAL" MOINK Balls were made with pre-made, frozen meatballs. But due to the popularity of MOINK Balls worldwide and the lack of availability of pre-made meatballs, MOINK Balls can now be homemade as long as they are made with just BEEF. Remember: BEEF = MOO PORK = OINK MOINK!
